Lucas Jason De Koster 2010-02-11	Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel, Huay Kaew The buffet breakfast is adequate but nothing too special, compared to other places ... though the fried dough and sweetened condensed milk was a nice touch. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, but it would be nice to have a place to watch TV (i.e., when the kids are in bed, like a pub or something), and it would be much better if the hotel would consistently provide English newspapers. Also, the live lounge music in the evening (every evening) is not that great. Fortunately you can t hear it in the rooms. But the pool is wonderful and we found the staff very helpful overall. Plus great views from the upper floors, nice to be next to the shopping centre, and lots of good small street-food shops all around. If you want cheap laundry, go across the street to the north and walk west a bit. There s a place right there on the main road, and then some others back on the sois off the main road. Price is around 20B per kg or 3-5B per piece.	Extremely helpful ... even to the point of getting a full refund when we cancelled (in advance, of course) the last few days of our stay.
Stephan Freund 2009-11-09	Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel, Huay Kaew the location ist perfect for a shopping trip. very friendly staff, the rooms are in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom is old and very low. The shower will end at a height of 180 cm. As for the food, in one sentence: In the shopping center you can find better and cheaper	perfect A+++++

They decorated our bed with 2 towel swans and red white roses. Very romantic. We didn t need to shop far away cause the shopping mall is just at doorstep from the hotel. We will stay again at Lotus hotel.	always OK with Sawadee. Good job!

My only complaint is the price of a glass of red wine in the lounge bar. 295baht per glass is the price of a good bottle of red wine in Australia. At 200baht for fillet mignon steak I considered very inexpensive.The service re transfers was excellent.	no complaints very efficient

All the staff are very good and there is a large shopping centre next door. It s probably better for business travellers and those with a car as it s a distance from the city centre and night markets	good as usual

Khun Kanlaya Yodkaew 2009-01-03	Lotus Pang Suan Kaew Hotel, Huay Kaew The hotel is very nice, good view of Doi Suthep. But we (me & my boyfriend)had food poisoning from the hotel breakfast. We can t go any place we would like to go, just stay in the room and go to toilet every 20 mins. Very disappointed with my first holiday in Chiangmai. No shopping, no anything. End of my trip, we got home now.	Booking service is very excellent!!! I am also a reservation staff of both hotel & travel company in Phuket.

Food services are not up to standards. 5. Hotel employess are friendly and fairly efficient.	Very good. I will be their repeat customer in the future.
